The warranty will depend on your chosen product and how you maintain it. Our partner, Tarkett Sports, offers industry leading manufacturer warranties for all products. We offer custom workmanship warranty extensions on our maple floors if we maintain your floor for you.
How do you maintain sports floors?
This varies based on the type of flooring. We will provide you with specific maintenance and cleaning instructions for your selected flooring type.
Can you repair my gym floor?
We can assess your gym floor and provide a report of findings and possible solutions. We will always provide you with an honest assessment of your options, and if repairs are possible we will gladly assist.
How long will it take to re-sand my maple gym floor?
This depends on a few different factors such as the existing condition of the floor, the size, and the complexity of the graphics and other design features. We provide an estimated schedule with your custom quote.
Can I add game lines to my existing gym floor?
Yes! We can add game lines, and recommend you have all game lines painted on vs using tape. We can spot apply finish over the new lines or coordinate adding lines before your annual re-coat (for wood floors).
Can I use tape on my maple gym floor?
No! Please do not apply any tape or other adhesives to your maple gym floor as they are incompatible with sport-specific finishes.
How often should I be re-coating my maple gym floor?
We recommend re-coating every 1-2 years to keep your floor healthy and extend its life.
